Well today it was final, I sold my house . . . well Art sold my house. With as much drive and determination as one could have . . . single property web site, talking house, Facebook, open houses, everything and then some. Well, we did it.” Or actually, Art Caccese did it for us. Sold our house that is! We had our home listed with another agent for 7 months. After only a handful of showings, multiple open houses and one ridiculously low offer, we took it off the market. We got in contact with Art after we received a letter from him in the mail. I met with him and was immediately impressed with his strategy and his selling techniques. His presentation was extremely professional and his record of success in a difficult market was head and shoulders above all others we interviewed. We could not have been more correct in our decision to list with Art. His customer service focus and results oriented attitude paid off and our house was under contract in less than 2 weeks. Art has a strong marketing background and his advertising and community contacts are extensive. He handled every aspect of the sale and kept us informed every step of the way. This was especially important to us as we were living 2500 miles away in Montana.
